Fabian is a highly successful real estate investor with more than 20 years of experience across Europe. His track record includes more than EUR 6.0billion of executed real estate transactions with zero capital loss to date, across a variety of markets, real estate asset classes as well as the capital structure. His experience spans countries like Germany, Switzerland, UK, Spain & Netherlands with a predominant focus on the DACH region. Prior to establishing Bergson, Fabian was Head of German Real Estate at Blackstone, Head of Europe at Alpine Grove & Vice President in the European M&A Group at Morgan Stanley. Fabian is based in Munich.
Rune’s >10-year professional experience includes real estate private equity investments, debt origination as well as buy- and sell-side M&A advisory with a main focus on UK, Nordics, Germany & Switzerland. Previously, Rune was a Director at Ekistics, a London-based single family office real estate value-add fund where he has been leading origination in the Nordics. He began his professional career at Barclays & Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP). Rune is based in Zurich.
